Responsibilities: Keep the product flowing by running production equipment like mixers, ovens, cutters, depositors, and more to keep products flowing. Put the finishing touches on our baked goods – filling, icing, dipping, and decorating to perfection. Handle the behind-the-scenes magic: traying, panning, stacking, packaging, labeling, and palletizing products as they move through the process. Move racks and trays of fresh product around the bakery to keep things rolling. Stay on top of the details with labeling, time sheets, safety checks, and quality checks – because great product starts with great standards. Keep things fresh and clean by sanitizing equipment and work areas using basic cleaning tools and supplies. Jump in and rotate through different bakery roles to support the team wherever needed.
