Title SpecialistWhat Were Looking ForWe are seeking a Title Specialist to support vehicle title processing and post-sale activities. This position serves as a primary point of contact for title-related issues, verifies document accuracy, resolves title problems, and ensures all documentation complies with applicable policies and state and federal requirements.The Title Specialist will also assist with title processing, provide regular status reports, and help ensure titles are completed within established service timelines.What Youll DoProcess and review vehicle title documentationWork assigned title cases dailyAssist Title Clerks with title processingResolve title issues with clients and buyersPrepare weekly title status reportsRequest duplicate titles when necessaryHelp secure returned titles for voided salesHandle objections and work toward positive resolutionsMaintain SOPs and training documentationScan and organize titles electronicallyCreate shipping labels and prepare titles for daily shipmentVerify titles are delivered to the correct dealer or buyerRun title reports and respond to title inquiry emailsEnsure title documents are accurate and compliantWhat Were Looking For2+ years of experience in data entry, title processing, or a related fieldStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilitiesAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to type at least 55 WPMStrong 10-key/data-entry skillsBasic knowledge of Google Workspace applicationsPreferred QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED; some college experience preferredAbility to obtain a Notary Public license within 6 months of hireGeneral automotive knowledgePrevious vehicle title or automotive industry experienceIdeal CandidateYoure detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable. Youre comfortable managing multiple priorities, catching small errors before they become bigger issues, and communicating with customers and team members to resolve problems quickly and professionally.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carmel, IN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
